vCourse Goal: Provide knowledge and skills for the role of SAR controllers at MRCC/MRSC level, and Search and Rescue Units (Vessels, Life boats and Air assets).

  - Issue a Urgent Marine Information Broadcast – UMIB (Maritime Safety Information)
